Sr. Software Engineer - Java Backend

3 - 6 Yrs Experience

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technology developer with experience in developing scalable applications and platforms. They must be at ease working in an agile environment with little supervision. The person should be a self-motivated person with a passion for problem solving and continuous learning.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collect requirements, design, develop and test software code
  • Work with team leads and other team members to deliver an effective Java based solution to clients
  • Engage with clients for understanding requirements or to detail out plan related to projects
  • Fix bugs and provide production support
  • Prioritize across multiple tasks and manage time effectively
  • Learn new technologies outside his/her primary skills
  • Develop solutions to challenging problems
  • Effectively communicate with team members, project managers and clients, as required
  • A proven high-performer and team-player, with the ability to take the lead on projects and mentor junior resource
 

Technical Skills

The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in

  • Java 8+ (Exception handling, multithreading etc.)
  • Microservices, Event driven architecture
  • Restful APIs
  • Spring boot
  • Version control applications (Git etc.)
  • SAFe
  • Relational Database
  • J2EE – Good to have
  • Unix or Shell scripting – Good to have

Sr. Software Engineer - React, Node

  • Knowledge of web design principles and web accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management.
  • DevOps – Good to have
  • Kafka, Pulsar – Good to have

Technical Lead - Java

6 - 8 Yrs Experience


We are looking for a candidate able to lead & own the development & integration of product/service lines. Understands the technical requirements; develops the technology project plan and communicates the schedule to the team. Liaison with technical & domain designs to facilitate selection of appropriate technologies to meet the customer requirements.
