User-Generated Content & Community Guidelines

1. Purpose

Incedo Inc. (“Incedo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may allow users to submit, post, upload, or share content such as comments, reviews, blog responses, forum discussions, or other contributions (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”).

These Guidelines are designed to:

• Foster a safe, respectful, and constructive environment.
• Protect intellectual property, privacy, and compliance with laws.
• Make clear what is and is not acceptable on our platforms.

By submitting UGC, you agree to abide by these Guidelines as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptable Use

We encourage contributions that are:

• Respectful, thoughtful, and constructive.
• Relevant to the discussion or purpose of the platform.
• Original and lawfully owned or licensed by the contributor.
• Free from confidential or proprietary information of third parties (unless authorized).

3. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• Is unlawful: violates any federal, state, or local law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Is offensive or harmful: defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or threatening.
• Promotes harm: encourages violence, self-harm, terrorism, or criminal activity.
• Is misleading: false, deceptive, or spam (including misleading claims about Incedo or third parties).
• Infringes IP: violates copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
• Is commercial spam: unsolicited promotions, advertisements, or links.
• Violates privacy: shares personal information of others without consent.

4. User Responsibilities

When contributing UGC, you agree to:

• Post only content you have the right to share.
• Ensure your contributions are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Treat others with respect — no bullying, trolling, or personal attacks.
• Take responsibility for your contributions, including any consequences of posting them.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

• Incedo reserves the right to review, edit, refuse, or remove any UGC at its sole discretion, without notice.
• Repeat or serious violations may result in suspension or permanent ban of access.
• Incedo may report unlawful content to law enforcement where required.

6. License Grant

By posting UGC, you grant Incedo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and perpetual license to:

• Use, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt your content in connection with the operation of our services.
• Share such content with partners or affiliates in line with our business purposes.

This license does not affect your ownership rights — you retain all ownership of your original content.

7. Intellectual Property Protection

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright or other IP rights, you may notify us at legal@incedoinc.com with details of the alleged infringement. We will respond in accordance with applicable law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

8. Reporting Violations

We encourage community members to help us maintain a safe space. You may report inappropriate or prohibited content by emailing legal@incedoinc.com.

9. Disclaimers

• Incedo is not responsible for views expressed in UGC. Such views are solely those of the user and do not represent Incedo’s positions.
• Incedo does not guarantee that all UGC will be reviewed before publication.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Guidelines, and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, USA, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
