As Co-Head of Telecom business at Incedo, Pratul is responsible for building out both the client portfolio and delivery capabilities of our Telecom BU. His focus is on building Incedo’s Telecom Domain depth, Digital transformation solutions and Product Innovation for the 5G world.
As Head of Digital Experience & Engineering at Incedo, Pratul is responsible for building out world class digital transformation capabilities including Experience Design and end-to-end engineering. His focus is on developing modern technology solutions for Clients that deliver great customer experiences and business outcomes.
Pratul brings a rich experience of driving Topline and Bottomline impact through Technology, Analytics and Transformation. Prior to joining Incedo, Pratul headed the Strategy Execution and Customer Experience Design functions at Flipkart. Before that, Pratul setup a venture in Internet commerce (B2C and C2C) space, worked in multiple Leadership roles at Fidelity Investments and HCL Technologies including Technology Delivery, Analytics, Customer Experience and Strategy & Planning.
He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a degree in engineering (B.Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
