Allen leads the Payments Business at Incedo, bringing innovative technology and process efficiency to leading financial institutions, corporations, and healthcare organizations – leveraging Incedo’s proprietary ‘IncedoPay’ platform / solution.
Allen has over 30 years of experience in financial services, payments, and fintech business leadership and advisory work, and is a recognized expert in areas of payments innovation and performance economics. Previously, Allen was a Partner at McKinsey, a Director at Bain, and a Senior Executive at Mastercard, where he led the global payments business development and advisory team. He also served as President of a mobile payments/technology fintech and Senior Managing Director of financial services – fintech partnerships at Ankura LLC.
Allen has worked with financial services, payments, and private equity clients across multiple regions, having lived twelve years in Asia, five years in Latin America, and four years in Europe. He is fluent in Spanish and also speaks German and Japanese.
Allen holds an undergraduate degree with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and graduate degrees in international economics and finance from Oxford University and Harvard.
