Deepak Gupta is the COO and India Country Head at Incedo. He works closely with the CEO and the leadership team to enhance our value proposition to clients by improving delivery outcomes, integrating global best practices, and driving operational efficiency to deliver exceptional client impact.

Deepak is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience across the technology industry. As a global delivery and operations professional, he excels in driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and building cohesive teams.

Prior to Incedo, he was the Executive Vice President and India CEO at Saxo Bank, leading the transformation and growth of India GCC. In the past, he has held leadership roles at Mascon Global Limited, Birlasoft Limited, and DCM Technologies.

Deepak has a diverse educational background, with certifications including MCSI from CISI(UK), CAMS from ACAMS (USA), CFA from the CFA Institute (USA), and FRM from GARP(USA). He is also an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi.

Suraj Sonkar is the Chief Financial Officer at Incedo Inc., where he partners closely with the executive leadership team to strengthen the company’s financial performance and accelerate its growth trajectory. With over 20 years of global finance leadership in IT services, operations, and consulting, Suraj brings a wealth of expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), driving financial transformation, large deal management, and steering companies through different phases of business growth—from early-stage scaling to managing the P&L of large and complex enterprises.

Suraj brings vast experience and deep expertise in pricing large and complex deals, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation and change management, strategy and planning, global cost efficiencies, and P&L management of the business. His leadership journey is marked by a deep passion for mentoring and coaching hi-potential leaders, a commitment he brings to building high-impact finance teams. Before joining Incedo, Suraj held senior finance roles at Cognizant and Patni, where he played a pivotal role in driving profitable growth.

Suraj holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

John is a senior financial services executive with extensive experience and a strong track record in global operations, building and restructuring businesses and the development and execution of business and technology strategies. International experiences including multiple expatriate assignments with operational responsibilities in the Americas, Europe, India and China and multilingual with proficiency in English, Portuguese along with basic Spanish.

At Incedo, John works with leaders in the financial services industry to drive meaningful value in their digital transformation programs across the customer experience, digitizing operations and risk management and driving long term value.

He has held senior leadership roles in the financial services industry with  Fidelity Investments, Citizens Financial, Bank of America and predecessor organizations. His leadership responsibilities included senior Finance, Strategy, Operations, business and technology transformations.

He is an avid speaker in the areas of business transformation, change management and leadership brand.

John holds Master of Business Administration (MBA)  from Suffolk University and Bachelor of Science (BS), Accounting from University of Scranton.

Ashish is an accomplished leader with almost 20 years of deep expertise in the field of digital transformation, client consulting, artificial intelligence, analytics and data engineering. During his journey he has partnered with several global Fortune 500 enterprises to help them achieve sustainable competitive advantage and business impact leveraging digital, data and AI-enabled solutions. With his multi-industry experience spanning across Lifesciences, Healthcare, Telecom, BFS and Manufacturing. He brings in unique blend of transformative AI and Digital solution expertise, diverse cross-industry perspective and ability to partner from strategy to execution helping clients accelerate their digital transformation journeys.

As Head of Data & AI and Lifesciences Business Unit at Incedo, Ashish is primarily responsible to driving Data & AI business charter focusing on delivering transformational Data & AI led solutions solving most complex business issues, continually scaling and growing business, and building a world-class digital team to deliver best-in-class experience to all our clients.

Before Incedo, Ashish has led initiatives and built AI & Data practices across large enterprises as well as highly-innovative, fast paced AI startups. He has been associated with several leading organizations such as American Express, Cognizant among others.

Ashish holds a master’s degree in business management from Management Development Institute, India and ESCP-EAP European School of Business (Paris). He is an engineering graduate from IIT (BHU), India.

Aravind is principally focused on helping Life Sciences customers to gain competitive advantage and increase market share by accelerating launch of new digital products, improving actionable business insights and delivering targeted Digital Experiences.

As Head of Life Sciences, Aravind is responsible for all Life Sciences business unit functions including sales, account management, delivery, solutions, marketing and strategy.

Aravind brings 20 years of experiences in product engineering, digital transformation and consulting services across multiple parts of the Life Sciences and Healthcare value chain. Prior to Incedo, Aravind has led several leadership roles in leading technology services companies including Virtusa Corporation and Persistent Systems, with a successful track record of incubating, and scaling high growth business ventures comprising Digital Health ISVs, Life Sciences Analytics and Connected Care.

Aravind holds a Bachelors in Technology (Computer Systems) from University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada along with program specializations in Global Business Leadership from U21/Harvard School, and Health Informatics from Georgia Tech. Aravind is based out of Incedo’s office in New Jersey.

Amal is a Senior Executive with demonstrated success in business development, P&L management, and Delivery oversight in the areas of Digital Transformation, Big Data and Analytics solutions. Amal has extensive experience of building relationships in the Financial Services, and Hi- Tech industry while employed with IBM, TCS & DXC Technologies (Formerly CSC) in both US and Europe.

At Incedo, Amal drives overall partner strategy development and executes on the GTM plan with partners to create strategic market positioning, drive market share, and accelerate growth. Amal also heads M&A function where he is responsible for strategic acquisitions to expand new markets and capabilities.

Amal holds M.Tech (Computer Science) from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and M.Stat (SQC & OR) from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.

Vikram in his current role as Head of Telecom Business Unit is at the forefront of Incedo’s core proposition of helping our clients to “Win in the Digital Age” partnering with them in their end to end Digital Transformation journey spanning from Strategy to Execution. Under his leadership, Telecom business has rapidly grown bringing the best of Incedo’s domain depth, full stack Digital capabilities underpinned by Data & AI at core, combined with high “execution intensity” through a truly Agile “One Global Team” delivery model. He has played a key role in growing the teams and setting up world class facilities in line with Incedo’s focus on its people and deeply enshrined value of “Being a Caring Meritocracy”.

As a Global Executive he thrived at the intersection of Business and Technology, working in the Telecom sector for over two decades in world class organizations like IBM & CSG working in different parts of the world. He firmly believes Business Value can only be “co-created” & delivered through a deep collaboration with Client and Partner Eco-system keeping needs of client’s customer (both internal and external) at the heart of it.

He has managed large and highly mature Tier 1 Enterprise Accounts with 100 Mn USD + P&L, leading out-sourcing contracts for Turnkey Managed Technology Services bringing In-house Technology & Services combining it with Partner driven software & services spanning Customer facing & Enterprise Applications, OSS, BSS, Data & AI, gaining personal trust of client’s executive board focusing on their KPIs & transitioning classical fair weather customer vendor relationships to an all weather, outcomes based long term Partnership model.

His life journey started from North of India from Chandigarh, to country’s capital where he did his Engineering from IIT Delhi and MBA(MDI) extending to QUT in Australia. Sankaran Ramanathan “Ram” is the Chief Solutions Officer and Co-Head of the Telecom Business at Incedo. He works closely with the CEO and the leadership team to build and scale our Hi-Tech Solutions platforms.

Ram leads our Telecom and Hi-Tech businesses, partners with BU heads and domain leads to verticalize Incedo’s technology solutions. He is responsible for driving business growth – building the GTM model to focus on both the depth and breadth of our client engagements in the telecom industry.

He is an experienced senior executive with over two decades of experience delivering strategic technology solutions for the Communications industry. Prior to Incedo, he was a Transformation Telecom leader at Verizon, working through all aspects of wireless & wireline Network plan/build/run, IT automation, SAFE agile program deployment, and performance/ operations management while enhancing internal & external customer experiences.

Ram serves the technology industry as an Exec Board Member of TIA (Telecom Industry Association) and participates in speaking engagements at TIA/QuestF, TMF, Big 5G and NAF industry forums. He holds an MBA degree from Franklin University-Ohio, Project Management Certification from UC Berkeley Extn & Bachelor in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University.

Beyond work, Ram is a certified aerobics & yoga instructor. He volunteers and coaches Yoga on the weekends to the community and in senior citizen centers. His family in NJ, includes his wife, son, and his daughter and husband work and reside in CA, USA.

Rohit Gulati is the Head of Digital Engineering, Cloud, and Platforms at Incedo, where he leads the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions that deliver transformative impact and operational efficiency for our clients across diverse industries. With over 25 years of deep expertise as a hands-on technology leader, Rohit has a proven track record of steering global digital transformation initiatives for mission-critical enterprise systems and successfully executing large-scale global digital transformation programs for clients at scale.

In his role at Incedo, Rohit is responsible for consulting, solutions, and capability building in digital engineering, cloud transformation, and quality engineering. His deep expertise has been instrumental in helping our clients solve complex challenges in platform modernization, application development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.

Rohit is deeply committed to a data-driven approach, leveraging agile methodologies and AI-enabled solutions to consistently deliver exceptional client outcomes. Allen supports the Banking & Payments business at Incedo, that brings innovative technology and process efficiency to leading banks and other financial institutions, leveraging Incedo’s proprietary ‘IncedoPay’ platform and related solutions.

Allen was previously Head of Payments at Incedo. He has over 30 years of experience in financial services, payments, and fintech business leadership and advisory work, and is a recognized expert in areas of payments innovation and performance economics. Previously, Allen was a Partner at McKinsey, a Director at Bain, and a Senior Executive at Mastercard, where he led the global payments business development and advisory team. He also served as President of a mobile payments/technology fintech and Senior Managing Director of financial services-fintech partnerships at Ankura LLC.

Allen has worked with financial services, payments, and private equity clients across multiple regions, having lived twelve years in Asia, five years in Latin America, and four years in Europe. He is fluent in Spanish and also speaks German and Japanese.

Allen holds an undergraduate degree with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and graduate degrees in international economics and finance from Oxford University and Harvard.

As Co-Head of Telecom business at Incedo, Pratul is responsible for building out both the client portfolio and delivery capabilities of our Telecom BU. His focus is on building Incedo’s Telecom Domain depth, Digital transformation solutions and Product Innovation for the 5G world.

As Head of Digital Experience & Engineering at Incedo, Pratul is responsible for building out world class digital transformation capabilities including Experience Design and end-to-end engineering. His focus is on developing modern technology solutions for Clients that deliver great customer experiences and business outcomes.

Pratul brings a rich experience of driving Topline and Bottomline impact through Technology, Analytics and Transformation. Prior to joining Incedo, Pratul headed the Strategy Execution and Customer Experience Design functions at Flipkart. Before that, Pratul setup a venture in Internet commerce (B2C and C2C) space, worked in multiple Leadership roles at Fidelity Investments and HCL Technologies including Technology Delivery, Analytics, Customer Experience and Strategy & Planning.

He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a degree in engineering (B.Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
