Meet Akansha Mehrotra from the Human Resources team. She says, “My 7-year journey with Incedo has been a roller coaster ride. I’ve had my share of learnings, ups and downs. What has remained constant over the years is a common purpose that all of us strive for! Building a world-class firm is not a day’s job. My team and I are happy to do our bit each day and are extremely delighted to see the transformation Incedo has undergone in the past few years. Still, a long way to go, and hence every day is a new opportunity to make a difference.
My advice to young professionals is work fearlessly and have the right intent towards building a world-class firm.
