We would like to bring to your attention that Incedo follows a merit-based employee recruitment practice with extensive screening steps. Incedo does not charge, ask, or accept any fees, or security deposit from job seekers during the recruitment process.
Unfortunately, recruitment fraud involving scammers who post fraudulent job openings, or who contact job-seekers with fake job offers through official looking documents has been reported. These individuals may conduct multiple fraudulent interviews attempting to obtain personal information, or money from applicants. Some individuals claiming to be from the Incedo Recruitment function are contacting prospective candidates pretending to represent Incedo with real job offers. In case you or any candidate receives unsolicited or fraudulent communication regarding a job offer or an interview call involving any payment of money, please be alert and recognize it as a scam. On receipt of an interview call, to prevent falling victim to fraudulent activity, a candidate should take prudent measures such as visiting the official Incedo website to verify the source and authenticity of the contact.
Disclaimer: How to Identify Recruitment Fraud
- Incedo never requests fees for any purpose before, during, or after the hiring process. Incedo will never request money for the opportunity to apply for, or work at the company, nor request any fees or payments for skill or capability testing.
- The hiring process involves at least one interview (virtual or in-person). Incedo will not request an interview on any instant messaging applications.
- The Incedo Recruitment team corresponds from email addresses with the domain “@incedoinc.com”. However, there is also a possibility of scammers to display the sent email domain address as “@Incedoinc.com” fraudulently. Nevertheless, receiving emails will be possible only with the legitimate “@Incedoinc.com” domain. In case any generic email ID ending with Gmail/Yahoo domain is copied while receiving a job offer or interview call, please be alert for the likelihood of a scam.
- The Incedo Recruitment team does not request or require personal documents like bank account details, tax forms or credit card information as part of the recruitment process.
- If you are in doubt or unsure about the source of job offer, please login to the Career section on the Incedo website to verify the job offer or the application.
